Summary/Abstract: Although donation contract is irrevocable as a rule, there are certain legal causes which allow revocation of donation. In this study we analized the legal causes which allow revocation of donation, respectively revoking the donation for commiting acts of ingratitude and revoking the donation for failure to fulfill the obligations imposed by the contract.
