Summary/Abstract: Development of modern science and technology, continuous organizational changes in societies, and strengthening the independence of our country, lead to accelerated professionalization. These increasing number of changes lead to strengthening the competencies of all professionals involved in the social sphere, which in turn has an impact on raising the quality of social services. With the first legislative changes in 2009, in this regard, actually with the introduction of the process of professional workers licensing, the process of professionalization in the social sphere, started. But licensing is only one link in the process of professionalization. Introduction and observance of the professional ethical code, the process of continuing professional education, standardization of processes and procedures in everyday practice, work motivation and responsibility for human destiny, respect for colleagues and building a relationship with them, but also and the application of these reflections or reflective practice in everyday work of professionals in the social sphere, has an impact on raising the quality of services. This is particularly important in the work of professionals in the social sphere, because they have an important every day role, which means deciding for human fates. Every decision can forever change the life of the users, in one or another direction. However, acceptance of the changes is the biggest and loudest step of any professional, towards better and higher quality work. So, our professionals are facing with numerous challenges and dilemmas that require strong commitment from them, on the path of continuous upgrading of professional skills in the social sphere.
