Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the search for the legal content of the implementation of outsourcing relations in order to ensure the harmonization of the interests of economic entities at the micro level and the public economic interests of the state at the macro level. Therefore, the economic phenomenon and its legal nature are subject to analysis. In addition, the provisions of the economic, economic and legal policy of the state on further improvement of legislation in this direction are defined in the article.
