Migration of the Roma, context of rebuilding the communication contract between Roma and non-Roma

Summary/Abstract: In the case of Roma, we know a specific migration, especially within the Eu, specificity given by the fact that this people is established in all member states by institution of citizenship . Only Roma moving with the whole family, with obvious intention to settle permanently in the host territory. While, for other Romanian, migration has a formal consistency, and the intention is to obtain financial remittances that will spending when will return to the origin state.Roma migration is a context of the process of communication between Roma and Nonroma, context determines the creation and reconsideration of the communication contract by the effects of Roma migration.. Roma migration represent specific context of communication process who determines the reconsideration at institutional, political, mass and interpersonal levels and, therefore, the reconsideration of the communication process itself.
