Summary/Abstract: In the edition of UNDP (United Nations Development Program), the Office in Skopje, in partnership with the South East European University, published the book "Civic Based Analyzes 2009", regional development, local government and quality of life. The book is in the form of a report that shows individual areas of life in the Republic of Macedonia. With the help of a questionnaire, applied to more than 3,000 respondents, results were obtained which are a relevant confirmation of the effects of policies relating to spatial disparities in the quality of life and social exclusion.
