Summary/Abstract: Demetrius by Friedrich Schiller is his last, unfinished drama, the work on which was interrupted by his death. The action of the only one complete act takes place in Krakow at the Sejm, during which False Dmitriy I tries to get support to regain the Tsar throne. Preparatory materials, which are the subject of this translating, include both a synthetic plan of all actions, as well as notes, which evidence the in-depth comparative studies on the history of Polish and Russian Time of Troubles.
