Summary/Abstract: The paper describes trends in the surety global market after the global economic crisis of 2008. It is focused on differences between particular surety markets. The aim of the paper was to show, through analysis of available foreign and domestic materials, trends on the global surety market. The paper consists of three parts, i.e., describes the economic crisis and presents situation before and after economic downturn on the global surety market.
