Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to reconstruction of a social organisation of tribes of Yamnaya culture, basing researching of the cemeteries on the Northwest Pontic. It has been established the functioning of a few interactive structures, which were reflected in a mortuary rite: sex-aged, potentate, functional, ethnosocial. The two parts (byfunctional) system of society and the lack of social group of warriors have defined the aristocratic way of genesis of polity. The different position of ethnosocial organisms who were inhabited in the region supposes a formation of potentate community, may be on a level of tribal confederation.
