Summary/Abstract: Being in a continuous changing, the politic game nature has shift from military battles between states to a tart competition in the economic field, therefore in ’80 appeared “geoeconomy” term. This workpaper propose to define this term from two points of view presented in literature, as well as two instruments which describe it: economic diplomacy and turbocapitalism, which, national, are now developing, being a enhancing theme through normative and strategic billet.
