Summary/Abstract: Since Neolithic times, the Egyptians have paid particular attention to the place occupied by the head of the deceased and his equipment in funeral furniture in the tomb. Of course, all objects found under the head of the deceased can not be considered as sub-heads that provide evidence of a certain custom or have special significance. Essentially, we stop at finds that, on the one hand, prove the privileged role of the head in the necropolis of the examined culture, and on the other hand, the appearance is so frequent that they do not can be interpreted as a chance or an isolated phenomenon, but provide evidence of repeated and conscious use.
