Summary/Abstract: German director Thomas Ostermeier’s collected conference talks, interviews and writings were published in Romanian in a volume in 2016 due to the efforts of the Sibiu International Theatre Festival and George Banu. In her review about the book Éva Patkó writes about Ostermeier’s working methods, his new interpretation of Ibsen, the relationship between theatre and politics, as well as, about Ostermeier’s opinion about conventional theatre, performance and post-dramatic theatre.
