Summary/Abstract: The article based on analysis of legal acts, documents and literatures of objects has on purpose, presentation the degree of protection polish consumer in range of information and education. Consumer protection in information and education aspect is showed on background of another consumer laws: to safety, public health, protection of economic interests, effective system of investigation of pretension, banding and representation. Publication include characterization of selected legal acts touch to consumer legalizations in European Union and Poland. Within the organizational structure it discuss competence of individual consumer protection subjects in range of education and information. Afterwards in farthest part analyzed chosen aspect of education and information policy included in Consumer protection policy in years 2007-2009.
