Summary/Abstract: Stopića cave in Rožanstvo; Zlatibor mountain; is the first show cave in Serbia (SCS) arranged and officially opened at the beginning of the 21st century; and 11th of all Serbian show caves (SCS). It consists of five morphological units with the total channel length of 1594 m. The Hall of Lakes; The Source of Life and The Hall of Canopies are distinguished by their attractiveness. The revision of protection and the passing of new legal act on protection defined the managing authority – TO Zlatibora. This Tourist Organisation settled all issues regarding private interests which had been an impediment to the cave arrangement. The cave was opened for tourists in 2009. Stopića cave has a paved access road with parking space and path leading to the entrance. Metal gate and ticket office are set up at the cave entrance. The Light Hall; The Dark Hall and The Hall of Lakes which contain paths with bridges and platforms are arranged for tourists. In the first three years this cave was visited by between 20000 and 30000 tourists. This represents a significant number of visitors indicating economic validity of Stopića cave arrangement.
