Summary/Abstract: Learning through play is probably the best form of education. One example of innovative teaching methods is games. The aim of the article is to highlight the role and importance of games as a tool in the modern educational process and to present an economic board game inspired by the history of entrepreneurial craftsmen from the 18th century Andrychów center. The game is a simple business simulation for 12–30 participants. The Peasant Business School is an attractive way of showing the mechanisms of free market economy, promotes entrepreneurial attitude, develops the social competences of players and integrates well into the group.
