Effect of fluorine compounds on to germination of seeds of agricultural crops

Summary/Abstract: The author investigates the action of various concentrations of sodium fluoride, potassium fluoride and ammonium fluoride on the energy of germination and viability of seeds of field pea, corn, barley, and onion. Species-specific stimulations of the process of germination of onion seeds by the minimal concentration of sodium fluoride (5 mgF-/l) have been established, where as higher on centrations of fluorine compounds (10, 50, 80 and 100 mgofF-/l) suppressed this process in the series of peacornbarley.
