Summary/Abstract: Even if online journalism exists for quite a long time, in Romania the legislation for it is not yet developed. The main problem is, that well nailed down rules can’t be found for it, not even in the United States of America.. In this paper I will try to argue for the instantaneous need of these legal regulations by analyzing several international cases.
