Study of a Manufacture Area on the Late Palaeolithic Settlement of Anetovka II

Summary/Abstract: This article analyses the results of research on the Upper Palaeolithic settlement of Anetovka II (steppe Pontic region). The key object of research is the manufacture area of the settlement. The culture layer of the site is deposited in deluvial light-brown loamy soil. The use of flotation technique is the essential feature of the excavation process. The manufacture area considered here is part of a much broader stone processing production zone (complex) of Anetovka II.
