Summary/Abstract: The article is a publication of materials yielded by the barrows (2-5) studied at the Chirileni village (Ungheni, Rep. Moldova). The barrows were located in a compact group containing 56 burials with a time span from the Neolithic to the early Middle Ages. This material is a significant contribution to the existing records of mound cultures of the ancient Moldova.
