Grouping of social-economic stressors with cluster analysis

Summary/Abstract: This article presents how to use twoparametric logistic model to make a stressors analysis. The main goal is to apply the model to measure the level of stress for workers. In addition, there is presented how to use a cluster analysis to solve the problem with correctly grouping stressors. As it turns out, cluster analysis is very helpful to deepen a stressors analysis. Thanks to this, we can find the best method to group the stressors. A very important fact is that stressors in this subgroups will have similar strength of influence on respondents.
