Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is consideration about knowledge meaning and processes of learning in stimulation of enterprise innovativeness. Besides, it was taken into consideration the influence of scientific – business co-operation on intensifying innovative operations, in particular it was pointed out the elimination necessity of barrier in this co-operation.
