Summary/Abstract: The article is showing issues of the home banking and its popularity with customers from outermost age groups. Here a being of the home banking, benefits and barriers of the development were shown. Data illustrating the current state of this form of the banking and its prospects and the degree of using it amongst youngest and oldest customers. To the illustration analysis methods of secondary sources were used. They also applied a method case research using the example of the bank PKO BP, as the entity having a large number of account through the Internet.
