Summary/Abstract: Following article concerns analysis of relationship with internal client of a private health-care institution and superior-doctor-manager. Authors of above – mentioned article presented process of internal client management as the most valuable organizational capital. Moreover they point at relationship which occur between worker (internal client of a private health-care institution) and superior (doctor-manager) in the aspect of culture organization base on given private health-care institution.
