Summary/Abstract: The study focuses on the role of mass-media in the musical life of Cluj. The introduction appeals to the multifunctional role of the art of sound on human life. The author proves that music, apart from being a form of art is also a science and considers that the genre of musical review constitutes an important source of bibliography in recreating of musical events of local institutions having this profile.
