Summary/Abstract: Numerous changes of socio-economic character, that can be still observed through the past couple of years, result in the new trends of consumption. The paper presents some results of a research taken by Department of Marketing University of Szczecin. The research describes traditional and modern elements in the costumer behaviour of citizens of the Szczecin region.
