Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the level of teachers’ perceptions of depressive school and to investigate whether there is a significant difference in terms of various variables such as gender, marital status, education level, the type of school and age. The research with quantitative approach was carried out on a working group consisting of 464 teachers in the 2015-2016 academic year. The study data were obtained from “Organizational depression scale” developed by Sezer (2011). In the analysis of the study data, arithmetic average, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and tukey test were used in SPSS 22.0 program. The reliablity of organizational depression scale has been tested with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and also the validity of the scale has been tested with confirmatory factor analysis in LİSREL 8.8 program. As a result of the study, the teachers’ perception of depressive school were found to be relatively moderate and there are also significant differences in terms of gender and the type of school. In addition there isn’t a significant difference according to marital status, education level and age.
