Summary/Abstract: Isolation and study of biological characteristics of strains of soil bacteria solubilizing inorganic phosphates were released. Evaluation of phosphate-solubilizing activity of isolating strains was carried out through the concentration of phosphate ions in the culture fluids. The dynamic of phosphate ions accumulation in comparison with the pH changes in the culture medium was studied for the purpose of ascertain of the tricalcium phosphate solubilization mechanism.
