Summary/Abstract: The above-mentioned article is an attempt to present the product development process and the offer of advertising services taking into account the specificity of advertising services as professional services. At the same time the classification of advertising services for professional services, allows to use the marketing knowledge assigned to a selected group of services, including in particular relational marketing and service marketing. Referring to the indicated knowledge, a model of sequential construction of a service product was used in the article, as the most appropriate way of shaping the service and advertising offer directed to a selected group of companies.
