Summary/Abstract: This study focuses on the direct and indirect relationship between ethical leadership, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perception of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and reveal the mediating effect of organizational justice on this relationship. The data used for analysis were obtained from 327 employees located in two state hospitals in Sivas by using the survey method. Hierarchical regression analyses were conducted to test the hypotheses. The results show that, organizational justice has full mediating effect on the impact of ethical leadership on altruism and conscientiousness dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, and partial mediating effect on the impact of ethical leadership on sportsmanship dimension of organizational citizenship behavior. On the other hand, organizational justice has no mediating effect on the impact of ethical leadership on courtesy and civic virtue dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior.
