Summary/Abstract: The Bulgarian Government approved the first report on the Frame Convention on the Protection of Minorities. It states that those are Bulgaria’s citizens belonging to the ethnic, religious and lingual minorities. Bulgaria stands on the understanding that the protection of minorities is executed by the real guaranteeing of individual rights and freedoms of individuals belonging to them – the introduction to the report reads. They are to work on the problems of the minorities. In this paper, we will deal with the identity and the possible situation of minorities in Bulgaria after EU integration.
