Summary/Abstract: There were studied the neutrophilic granulocytes activity in 48 patients with the duodenal ulcer. The phagocytic system of the patients was disordered. The medical treatment results only in the tendency to recovery the function of primary protection. Complex of immunomodulators should be used for the ulcer treatment.
