Knowledge in network organization

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, we deal more and more with networking in the enterprises. This article attempts to define: a resource of knowledge, the characteristics of knowledge, network organization and the advantages connected with the creation of knowledge in network organization. The author tries to find an answer to the following questions: what kind of knowledge we currently need in our enterprises, mainly according to the network companies; how the process of creating knowledge should be conducted in the company and how to manage the knowledge in network organizations.
