Summary/Abstract: In today's society there are rooted stereotypes regarding the behavior of individuals, groups or large societies. Maintaining and consolidating stereotypes may adversely affect the functioning of these societies, and their breaking could in certain situations to help them. One of the most popular is the gender stereotype. The following paper presents the opinions of residents of the Tri-City on the stereotype of a man using the services of beauty parlors. It has been shown that many people support the use by the men of this type of service, and thus break the stereotype.
