Summary/Abstract: This article is an analysis of consumers’ behavior in services and cosmetic products. It presents the changes in consumer buying behavior. Based on collected customer feedback attempt is made to evaluate the nature of preferred services, their location and the factors influencing the choice of a particular service and the provider.
