Summary/Abstract: Incentive travels are a part of business tourism. This way of employees gratification is popular specialty by big firms from USA and Western Europe. In Poland the organization of incentive travels started from the moment of transformation process. Hosting incentive travels could be very profitable for hotels. Unfortunately this type of tourism is at the initial phase. Hosting incentive travels in hotels play only insignificant role.
