Summary/Abstract: The reason for the introduction of QMS is also striving to facilitate cooperation with other organizations, particularly from having implemented a quality management system. Normative, on the basis of which the most developed systems of quality management, define a standard for the functioning of the organization. The key to proper formulation, implementation and use of QMS (Quality Management System) is to understand, and then translating the needs of your organization's content contained in the individual requirements of the standard. In standard ISO 9001: 2009 provides a set of requirements governing the ability of organizations to deliver products that meet the requirements of customers. Is the only standard expection to certification QMS.
