Summary/Abstract: This study was designed to determined the effect of workers’ workplace emotional expression on perceived organizational support scale, supervisor support, coworker support. In accordance with this aim, sample of this research consisted of 212 administrative personnel in the machinery manufacturing sector in Organized Industrial Zone on Çorum province center. As a result of study, it was determined that the highest effective supervisor support gave the feelings of workers’ workplace emotional expression. It seems that the support of his coworker support followed him. It has been found that organizational support does not have any effect in expressing of workers’ workplace emotional expression.
