Summary/Abstract: In today's working life, workers often have to work quickly with a high effort to do their jobs. The intense competition between the businesses has made it necessary to work fast and to produce quality products. In such an environment, the presence of energetic workers has become inevitable for businesses. This work focuses on the concept of human energy in organizations that move from the concept of energy. The main purpose of this study is to theoretically reveal the concept of human energy in various aspects of organizations and enrich the related literature.
