Summary/Abstract: The paper indicates the activities of Telekomunikacja Polska, which have contributed to the bad reputation of the company. It contains short reflections on the value of image as well as the research and conclusions about the perception of TP by young generation. Many actions of TP had a reparable character but the prior crisis situations made it difficult to repair the image.
