Summary/Abstract: Our focus is on autonomous adult learning. Autonomous learning is the process that "when learning is initiated by a learner and creates an independent, directed learning program, he goes back to things he does not remember well, checks his existing knowledge, refreshes his previously acquired knowledge at his own discretion. This autonomic learning can be related to adult work or learning activities just like hobbies and everyday life, be it about renewing our dress or trying a new recipe. " This process has been re-emphasized today, redefining the role of learning, recognizing and managing skills deficiencies.
