Summary/Abstract: The specific of the service activity causes that the traditional conceptions of internationalization have the limited use in case of service enterprises. The characteristics of service products, the influence of the technology and behavior of the buyers of services have significant influence on the possibilities and the present ways of the internationalization of service enterprises. This paper appeals to the behavioral part of research on processes of the internationalization of service enterprises. It presents the results of research, which are focused on the meaning of various external and internal factors affect on international strategies of service firms in the period to 2015.
