Summary/Abstract: The immigration crisis represents a insecurity factor in Europe following the conflicts in North Africa and the Middle East and a factor of public opinion polarisation. More and more, a consensus regarding the relocation/integration of immigrants in the European Union is beeing demanded by Europe itself, but the controversy is the main obstacle in finding a solution. The coagulation in work groups of migration specialists, academics and public institutions represents the priority in finding solutions to the migrants that ar beeing seen as a factor of destabilising security but also as potential human capital for the final destination states.
