Summary/Abstract: The objective of the paper is to present the significance of computer data bases as one of the basic strategic resources in the process of customer relationship management concept implementation in tourist enterprises. The survey results are also presented, evaluating how extensively computer data bases are used in the practical functioning of travel offices in Poland.
