Summary/Abstract: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is today one of the main activities of the organization in Poland. Actions undertaken by them should be properly planned and strategies, missions and values have a positive impact not only the trust of employees but also to the positive image of the company externally. The implementation of CSR projects, besides being a positive influence on the organization by shaping a positive image externally, also allows the implementation of socially important projects with the potential of staff, such as, for example, volunteering. Undoubtedly CSR is one of non-financial motivational factors and boosts work dignity. This new trend is going to be more and more popular, especially that 2011 was announced as International Year of Volunteering.
