Summary/Abstract: The article presents chosen problems of the polish public sector in 2007-2010. In this period there were not government activity for solving any problem, which were indicated before. The reform of the polish financial sector from August 2009 consists only cosmetic changes, as names of the institutions, and not changes to improve more efficiency. The plans for 2010-2011 shows, that there will not be any new reforms.
