Summary/Abstract: The Internet offers solutions that allow to counteract resource shortages inherent to small and medium-sized enterprises. This allows them to compete on equal foot with larger companies. It is widely assumed that the Internet influences internal workings of a company far more than it does influence company business or customer relations. Author describes the issue of using Internet technologies in such aspects of small and medium enterprises as CRM systems and marketing.
