Summary/Abstract: The article deals with archaeozoological materials from early medieval Pastyrskoe hillfort. Besides, other materials characterizing cattle-breeding and hunting are presented in the article. The analysis of materials infers developed cattle-breeding, its harmonious and interdependent development with agriculture.
