Summary/Abstract: This paper presents legal issues related to the protection of disabled people’s work. In particular the concept of disabled worker and its specifi c privileges are discussed. It has also been pointed out that there are serious arguments for incorporating the provisions on the protection of the disabled into the new Labor Code.
