The Efficiency of Public Tasks Realisation on the Example of Budgetary Unit

Summary/Abstract: Purpose – Presenting the efficiency measurement system of public tasks in the budgetary unit and assessment of the system. Design/methodology/approach – Analysis of literature and source materials from the audited unit. Findings – Assessment of efficiency measurement system in the budgetary unit by identifying its strengths and weaknesses. Originality/value – The achieved results should be considered as a basis for improving of efficiency measurement system in the audited unit, as well as in other public finance sector units.
