Summary/Abstract: Globalization and the need to reach a mass audience requires from entrepreneur operating and maintaining geographically dispersed services skills to ensure non-disrupted power supply. Given the need to purchase energy from external suppliers it is necessary to assess the risk posed by a power outage of active objects, which leads to increased expenditures on ensuring the stability of the network. In this paper author identifies and evaluates the impact of power supply interruptions on the risk of running a business. Quality of mobile network is presented by availability as a key factor. Research was carried out using environmental scanning to assess mobile networks reliabilities issuing data mining on power failures in live network. As a result, it was found that the current approach to the autonomy of the power supply used in investment strategies requires a revision of the guidelines.
