Summary/Abstract: On the basis of the ichthyofauna perennial studies of the Samarsky bay (estuary of Samara river) main regularities of development of the local fish communities were ascertained. Approximate assessment of the influence of factors of various nature and intensity on this process was realized. Measures for optimization of the conditions of ichthyofauna recruitment were offered.
